The BCNParty change it's demoparty format to become a realtime art festival. It will take place in the Centre Cívic Cotxeres Casinet (Barcelona) on October 10th - 12th.
The Vague is a new diskmag about demoscene and coding, the difference with other diskmags is that this one is visually impressive. It's done in hires modes and it has support for Graphic Boards.

This year's pc winner demo is a Farbrausch demo called Debris, one of the best PC demos of all time, all content procedurally generated, only 180Ks!

Another issue from the veteran magazine Speed. It consists of two parts, one with quicklinks to 10 intros included on the magazine and the mag part. In the mag part there are articles, news, messages, interviews, etc.
A web for spanish scene, was inactive for some months but now returns to live. I hope that events like that encourage the spanish scene to be more productive and to assist to more parties than lately.

The demoscene magazine Jurassic Pack has been updated and JP#15 is available to download.
The magazine needs supports from all sceners so write to them now :)
After 2 years and 2 months another issue of the biggest, longest running chartmag of the Amiga scene is out. Now it's a cross-platform magazine since there are out 6 platform versions.
Wright looked to the demo scene coders, used to generate data demos, for his procedural Universe. 'I just found this incredibly exciting' Wright confesses, describing the kinds of work that he saw come out of the demo scene. A presentation of Spore was done at last year's GDC. Nothing will be the same again.
